Our Venues
Greek Peak is home to a variety of different conference and banquet facilities. If you are looking to get married or want to have a corporate or fundraising event, Greek Peak has a space that is right for you. Family, friends, and colleagues can enjoy access to all of Hope Lake Lodge’s accommodations, which include a world-class spa, indoor waterpark, skiing and tubing, the Adventure Center, and campground. With easy access to Interstate 81, make your special day, meeting, or event one they will never forget.

Wedding Venues
Our premier wedding venue that lives up to its name. This venue provides picturesque views of our entire resort from Hope Lake to the Lodge and then the Ski Slopes. The Lookout can accommodate up to 300 guests for your special day.

Acropolis Ballroom
Located at the base of the mountain, the Acropolis Ballroom can accommodate events as large as 240 guests. The formal setting features an attached veranda overlooking the gorgeous Greek Peak ski mountains. All weddings held in the Acropolis Ballroom also have access to the attached 6000 sq. ft. two-tier deck, which is a great location for cocktail hour. The attached private veranda can be used for additional space for guests to gather and mingle.
Couples hosting their wedding in the Acropolis Ballroom also receive access to all ceremony locations around the resort. Portable dance floor space is included with this venue as well.

Adirondack Room
Located within Hope Lake Lodge, our Adirondack Room is perfect for small, intimate gatherings under 100 people.

Gazebo
With gorgeous views all around you, have your ceremony at our Lodge Gazebo, situated next to beautiful Hope Lake. With unlimited space for seating make your outdoor wedding one to remember.

Hotel Lobby
Our beautiful lobby area can be converted into an amazing ceremony space for up to 200 people. Conveniently adjacent to the Bobcat Lounge.

Meteora Center
Our Meteora Center (4000 sq. ft.) can accommodate events as large as 200 guests and features dimmable chandeliers, composite flooring, Chiavari chairs and white drapery throughout. All weddings held in the Meteora Center have access to the attached lighted patio with the option of adding fire pits for all to enjoy. The attached patio can also be used for additional space for guests to gather and mingle.

Mountaintop Ceremonies

Taverna
Our Taverna event space can accommodate events as large as 160 guests and features dimmable chandeliers, exposed wood beams and wooden folding mahogany chairs for seating. All weddings held in Taverna have access to an attached outdoor space with views of the ski trails.

Corporate Spaces at Greek Peak Mountain Resort
Greek Peak Mountain Resort has your group needs covered. If it’s a day on the slopes, corporate retreat, conference, or wedding reception, we are pleased to offer the facilities and services to meet your every need. We have many spacious guest rooms and suites, versatile meeting and banquet/catering facilities, restaurants, and recreational opportunities. Our conference facilities are also fully equipped with the latest audio-visual technology. Shuttle services may be arranged for any event. We offer ample space and flexibility that can accommodate anywhere from a small 10 person meeting to a larger corporate event.
Corporate Venues
Acropolis Ballroom
Located at the base of the mountain, the Acropolis Ballroom can accommodate events as large as 300 guests. This area is complete with dual projectors and natural light. The Ballroom also comes with an attached veranda overlooking the ski mountains, perfect for those mid meeting breaks and/or cocktail hours. Located near Leonidas and the Taverna.

Adirondack Room
Located on the Main Floor of Hope Lake Lodge and is the larger of the two spaces in Hope Lake Lodge. Versatile space can be arranged per the groups specifications. Allows for a space to hold breaks and meals in the room as well. Located near Fireplace Lounge and Charles Baker Room.

Charles Baker Room
Located on the Main Floor of Hope Lake Lodge and provides a smaller intimate setting with lots of natural light. Perfect for that smaller Board Meeting and/or breakout space. Located near the Adirondack Room and Fireplace Lounge.

Fireplace Lounge
A unique breakout area for meals or small gatherings around our floor to ceiling dual sided stone fireplace. Complete with a wall of windows to Hope Lake Lodge’s back patio area with fireplaces and seating area. Adjacent to our Bob Cat Lounge and perfect for meet and greets, cocktail hours, holiday parties. Located near the Adirondack Room and Charles Baker Room.

Our beautiful lobby area can be used as a vendor area, for global check-in, conference registration area. Complete with floor to ceiling dual sided fireplace and Carvers Steakhouse and the Bobcat Lounge are showcased and accessible for your participants/guests.

Located at the Base of the Ski Slopes this room provides bright natural light and is comparable in size to the Adirondack Room. Perfect for smaller meetings and/or breakout spaces. Located near the Acropolis Ballroom and Taverna.

Meteora Center
Located at Hope Lake Lodge is one of our best venue spaces; available seasonally from Mid May to Early October. This unique setting offers panoramic views of the ski slopes and valley with floor to ceiling windows around three sides of the room. Also offers a patio area as well and a private entry. Steps away from the main entrance of Hope Lake Lodge.

Taverna

Trax Pub & Grill (and deck)
While this is one our well established restaurants we are able to provide groups the ability to use as meeting or space for meals. The pub has one of the largest decks in Central New York that cascades do the base of the ski slopes. Provides a great outdoor space for the group to take a break from their meeting and recharge!
